My management career spanned 1975-1996. During those twenty-one years, I identified the major communication problems that leaders face—and learned how superb leaders overcome challenges by their highly professional
communication skills.
Year after year, I noticed that the most effective leaders were those who could speak confidently. . .clearly. . . .convincingly, especially during times of change and uncertainty.
